Terms of Service — Speed Meter
Welcome to Speed Meter (also known as Spedmtr) (the “Service” or “App”). By downloading the App and using its GPS speedometer, trip tracking, themes, Picture in Picture overlay, Live Activities, Siri shortcuts, and related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and BeliveAppTech.

1. Usage License
All content, branding, design assets, and functional features provided within the App are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Reselling, leasing, commercializing, or reverse-engineering any part of the App is strictly prohibited.
2. User Eligibility and Account
BeliveAppTech does not strictly verify the identity or age of its users. However:
Users must comply with the minimum age requirements set by the Apple App Store rating system. Transactions and subscriptions rely on the Apple ID settings managed by the account owner or parent/guardian via Family Sharing.
3. Premium Subscriptions (Spedmtr Pro)
The Spedmtr Pro premium features—including 4 Pro speedometer themes, unlimited trip history, Picture in Picture speed overlay, Auto start / stop trips, and ad removal—are managed securely via RevenueCat and Apple App Store in-app purchases.

- Monthly Subscription: $2.99 / month
- Yearly Subscription: $14.99 / year — Includes 7 Days Free Trial
- Lifetime Pass: $29.99 (One-time, non-consumable payment)
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) for reference. The actual price charged may vary by country or storefront and will be shown in the App Store / purchase sheet before you confirm.
Apple In-App Subscription Terms:
- Billing: Payments are processed and charged directly to your iTunes/App Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless auto-renew is explicitly disabled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel active subscriptions, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your App Store Account Settings.
- Trial Forfeit: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that tier, where applicable.
- Refunds: Since all financial transactions are processed by Apple, any refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.
4. Lifetime Access
The Lifetime Pass is a “Non-Consumable” product. It is a single, one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all Spedmtr Pro features. This purchase does not expire, contains no recurring fees, and is restorable across devices linked to the same Apple ID.
5. Advertisements
To support the development and maintenance of the free version of Speed Meter, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. Upgrading to any Spedmtr Pro plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) will immediately remove all advertisements from your application experience.
6. Safe Use and Limitation of Liability
Speed Meter is a GPS-based speedometer and trip tool. It is provided “as is” and “as available”. Speed, distance, altitude, and related readings depend on device GPS accuracy and may be approximate. The App is not a certified measuring instrument and must not be relied on as the sole source of information for traffic enforcement, legal compliance, navigation safety, or emergency decisions.
Do not interact with the App in a way that distracts you while driving or operating a vehicle. Obey all traffic laws and local regulations. Features such as speed alerts, Live Activities, Picture in Picture, HUD mode, Auto Trip, and Siri shortcuts are convenience tools only; you remain fully responsible for how you use your device.
BeliveAppTech is not responsible for accidents, fines, injuries, property damage, data loss, missed alerts, inaccurate GPS readings, battery drain, or any other damages arising from use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make any significant changes, we will post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
