VaraCare: Privacy Policy

At BeliveApp Tech ("we", "our", or "us"), we believe cardiovascular and metabolic health information is among the most sensitive personal data that exists. This Privacy Policy outlines our uncompromising commitment to patient and user privacy and explains how VaraCare ("the App" or "Application") handles your health data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike traditional centralized health platforms, VaraCare does not require account registration, usernames, passwords, phone numbers, or social media logins. Consequently, we never collect, transmit, or monetize:

• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or contacts list.
• No Cloud Health Records: Your systolic/diastolic blood pressure entries, resting pulse logs, meal-related blood glucose readings, notes, and clinical classifications remain strictly within your local device memory.
• No Advertising Trackers or Marketing Analytics: VaraCare contains zero third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, AppsFlyer, or Firebase Analytics). We do not track your behavioral habits across other apps or websites.

2. On-Device Clinical Intelligence & Calculations

All computational models and clinical indicators provided by VaraCare are executed directly on your iPhone processor using deterministic clinical algorithms:

• Heart-Rate-Adjusted Mean Arterial Pressure (Razminia MAP): Computed on-device using the established physiological formula adjusting for active cardiac cycle changes: MAP = DBP + [0.33 + (0.0012 × HR)] × PP.
• Myocardial Workload & Double Product (RPP): Computed on-device to evaluate myocardial oxygen consumption ([SBP × HR] / 100).
• Circadian & Nocturnal Dipping Analysis: Automated calculation of sleep-trough morning surge (STMS) and nocturnal systolic dip percentages (Dipper, Non-Dipper, Extreme Dipper, Riser) calculated entirely on device from your logged morning and evening timestamps.
• Ambulatory Home Blood Pressure Protocol (ESH 2023 HBPM): Automated evaluation discarding Day 1 readings to neutralize white-coat alert reactions and averaging Days 2 through 7 locally.
• Metabolic & Glycemic Intelligence (ADA 2025): Time in Range (TIR) percentiles, glycemic variability (%CV), and estimated glycated hemoglobin (eA1c) generated strictly within local hardware memory.
• Executive Doctor PDF & CSV Reports: All multi-page clinician-ready PDFs and RFC-4180 CSV spreadsheets are compiled directly inside your iPhone's local sandbox memory without uploading data to any external server.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To distribute VaraCare securely via the Apple App Store and validate in-app subscription entitlements, we integrate with industry-standard, privacy-compliant infrastructure providers:

• Apple App Store & In-App Purchases (Apple Inc.): All financial transactions, subscriptions, and Lifetime Access purchases are processed exclusively by Apple via StoreKit. We never receive, process, or store your payment card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details. For information on Apple's security practices, review Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: We utilize RevenueCat to validate digital purchase receipts and manage Pro entitlements across your personal Apple devices. RevenueCat processes anonymous transactional tokens (anonymous App User IDs). No vital logs, blood pressure readings, glucose entries, or clinical markers are ever transmitted to or accessible by RevenueCat. Review their security documentation at RevenueCat Privacy.

4. Notifications & Reminders

If you choose to enable morning blood pressure surge prompts or evening pre-sleep dipping reminders, these alerts are scheduled and triggered strictly through Apple's local iOS UserNotifications framework. They do not rely on remote push notification servers and never transmit your alert times or schedule outside of your personal iPhone.

5. Data Retention, Sovereignty & Complete Deletion

Because all health data is stored strictly on your device:

• Full User Sovereignty: You can edit or delete any individual vital log, or use the "Clear All Local Records" tool in Settings to purge your entire database at any time.
• Permanent Removal: Deleting the VaraCare application from your iOS device immediately and irrevocably erases all locally stored health databases, preferences, and calculations.
• iCloud Device Backups: If you have Apple iCloud Backup enabled, your encrypted app data may be included in your personal iCloud backup according to your Apple ID settings. BeliveApp Tech has no technical means to view, decrypt, or access your iCloud backups.

6. Children's Privacy

VaraCare is rated for users 12+ on the Apple App Store and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has downloaded the Application without parental guidance, please contact us or remove the app from the device.

7. Compliance with Global Privacy Regulations (GDPR & CCPA)

Because VaraCare does not collect or centralize personal health data on remote servers, we adhere strictly to the core privacy principles of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Data Minimization: We only process what is strictly necessary to compute clinical calculations on your physical device.
• No Data Sales: We have never sold, rented, or commercialized user data to data brokers, pharmaceutical corporations, insurers, or advertising agencies, and will never do so.
• Right to Erasure & Portability: You maintain continuous physical control over your data directly on your hardware and can export your complete historical data in CSV format at any time.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements in the Application or changes in legal and regulatory frameworks. When modifications are made, the revised version will be published on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
