Welcome to Senior Memory (officially titled Senior Memory & Mental Health, the "Service" or "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, including its cognitive mini-games, memory routines, focus workouts, and performance analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is entered into between you and BeliveAppTech ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Usage License & Intellectual Property
All software code, mini-game algorithms, visual designs, graphic assets, sound effects, trademarks, and content within Senior Memory are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial mental fitness and entertainment purposes.
- Reselling, sublicensing, modifying, copying, or reverse-engineering any part of the App is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use any automated means, scrapers, or bots to access or extract data from the App.
2. User Eligibility & Account Management
Use of the App is subject to Apple App Store eligibility criteria and age ratings. The App does not require a proprietary user account; subscriptions and purchases are tied directly to your Apple ID. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to download the App and make in-app purchases.
3. Premium Subscriptions (Senior Memory Pro)
Senior Memory offers optional premium subscriptions and purchases ("Senior Memory Pro") unlocking complete access to all 24 cognitive mini-games across 6 cognitive pillars (Memory, Focus, Reaction, Logic, Speed, and Verbal Fluency), unlimited daily training drills, detailed brain score analytics, personalized routine adjustments, and complete ad removal. All purchases are managed securely via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.
Available In-App Purchase Options:
- Monthly Subscription: $1.99 / month (or local equivalent in App Store currency).
- Yearly Subscription: $9.99 / year, including a 7-day free trial period (or local equivalent in App Store currency).
- Lifetime Access Pass: $12.99 one-time non-consumable payment (or local equivalent in App Store currency).
Subscription Terms & Apple Auto-Renewal Policy:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless auto-renew is explicitly disabled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Account Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel active subscriptions, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Free Trial Policy: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that tier, where applicable.
- Refunds: Since all financial transactions are processed by Apple Inc., any refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
4. Lifetime Access (Non-Consumable)
The Lifetime Access Pass is a "Non-Consumable" product. It is a single, one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all Senior Memory Pro features without any recurring fees or expiration. Lifetime purchases are fully restorable across all compatible iOS devices signed in with the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
5. Advertisements
To support the development, maintenance, and availability of the free version of Senior Memory, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. Upgrading to any Senior Memory Pro plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) will immediately remove all interstitial and banner advertisements from your application experience.
6. Medical Disclaimer & Mental Fitness Notice
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Senior Memory is an interactive mental fitness, entertainment, and cognitive stimulation tool designed for personal challenge and healthy daily mind habits.
- Not a Medical Device: Senior Memory is NOT a medical device, diagnostic test, or clinical treatment tool.
- No Medical Claims: The App does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent dementia, Alzheimer's disease, cognitive decline, depression, or any neurological or mental health condition.
- Entertainment & Training Only: Brain scores, reaction time percentiles, cognitive ratings, and habit indicators generated within the App are for personal motivation and lifestyle tracking only, and must not be used as clinical diagnostic measurements.
- Consult Healthcare Professionals: Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, neurologist, or mental health professional with any questions regarding cognitive health or medical concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you experienced in the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
Senior Memory is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BeliveAppTech disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall BeliveAppTech, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
