We believe in absolute user privacy. The App is intentionally engineered so that your personal settings, cognitive exercises, habit routines, and training logs remain strictly private and under your complete control.

We do not collect, request, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your real name, email address, physical address, phone number, contacts, photographs, or precise GPS location.

Any preferences you select during onboarding or use (such as your training focus areas, reaction calibrations, or daily reminder schedules) are stored strictly locally on your iOS device via SwiftData and are never transmitted to our servers.

The App automatically collects standard Non-Personal Technical Data strictly to ensure stability, track subscription entitlements, and support the free tier of the App:

• Device hardware model, iOS operating system version, and preferred language locale.
• Anonymous advertising identifiers (IDFA) only when explicit consent is provided via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog.
• Aggregated, anonymous crash diagnostics, performance telemetry, and system stability metrics.

2. Cognitive Training & Performance Metrics (100% Local-First)

Senior Memory provides gamified cognitive workouts, daily habit streaks, brain score evaluations, and skill rating calculations across 6 cognitive pillars: Memory, Focus, Reaction, Logic, Speed, and Verbal Fluency.

• Complete Privacy of Training Data: We do not transmit, back up, sell, or host your raw training session results, response times, memory baselines, or gameplay history on external servers.
• On-Device Analytics: All difficulty progression, daily workout generation, habit streaks, and brain score graphs are computed and stored locally on your device.
• Non-Medical Wellness Notice: All exercises and metrics within Senior Memory are designed exclusively for cognitive stimulation, mental fitness, and daily healthy brain habits. The App does not collect health records, medical diagnostics, or biometric data.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted, industry-leading third-party service providers to deliver essential application infrastructure. These parties only have access to anonymous, aggregated, or transaction-specific tokens necessary to execute their services:

• Google AdMob & User Messaging Platform (UMP): Manages the delivery of advertisements within the free version of the App. Google UMP facilitates compliance with European GDPR regulations and Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can inspect or update your privacy preferences anytime via the "Privacy Options" setting inside the App.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation status, entitlement verification, and purchase receipt processing through secure anonymous tokens.
• Apple Inc.: Processes all financial transactions and App Store distribution securely.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Apple and Google for complete transparency regarding their platform-level services.

4. Local Storage (SwiftData)

All game scores, training streaks, unlocked achievements, daily plan progress, and brain rating records are stored strictly locally on your device's internal encrypted memory via SwiftData. We do not transmit, back up, or host these metrics on external databases. If you remove the App from your device, your local training history is erased unless restored through your personal Apple iCloud device backups.

5. Payments & Financial Information

We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, banking information, or billing statements. All premium subscription and one-time purchase transactions are processed exclusively and securely by Apple Inc. through the App Store payment processing system.

6. Children's & Senior User Protection

Our application is designed for broad cognitive wellness, with particular care for senior users and family accessibility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, nor do we harvest sensitive personal demographics from any user. All training exercises and preferences remain strictly confined to local device storage.
