Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Hatsune Miku Live Wallpapers application (the "App"), developed and published by BeliveApp Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not access or use the App. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Content Disclaimer

We take intellectual property rights very seriously. Please note the following regarding the content within the App:

• Character Ownership: Hatsune Miku and related Vocaloid characters are the intellectual property of Crypton Future Media, Inc.
• Unofficial Status: This App is NOT an official product of Crypton Future Media, Inc. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with them in any way.
• Fan-Created Content: The wallpapers provided in this application are fan-created artwork and designs meant to celebrate the character. The App acts as an aggregator and display platform for such digital content.
• App Technology: The underlying source code, UI/UX design, and functionality of the App remain the exclusive property of BeliveApp Tech.

3. Advertisements (Free Version)

The core functionalities of the App are provided for free. To support the ongoing development of the App, this free tier includes advertisements delivered by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of these ads.

4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and RevenueCat

We offer premium tiers via in-app purchases—including auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time "Lifetime" access purchase. Purchasing premium grants access to an ad-free experience and exclusive content. All purchases are processed by the Google Play Billing system and securely validated by our subscription partner, RevenueCat.

4.1 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• Billing: Subscription payments will be charged directly to your Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you turn off the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the previously agreed-upon price.

4.2 Lifetime Purchase

The "Lifetime" plan is a one-time purchase. It grants you uninterrupted access to the premium features of the App for as long as the App is actively supported and maintained by BeliveApp Tech.

4.3 Cancellations and Management

You must manage your subscription settings and auto-renew preferences directly through your Android device settings by going to the Google Play Store > Subscriptions section.
Important: Deleting or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your active subscription. BeliveApp Tech cannot manually cancel a subscription on your behalf.

4.4 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the App, all sales (both subscriptions and lifetime unlocks) are final. Fees paid are non-refundable. Exceptionally, you may submit refund requests through the official Google Play customer service according to their local region refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, decode, or disassemble the App's source code or its API endpoints.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or any method to systematically extract premium wallpapers from the App database.
• Redistribute or sell the digital content obtained through the App.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the subscription validation checks (including our RevenueCat configurations).

6. Availability and App Changes

We are constantly striving to improve Hatsune Miku Live Wallpapers. Consequently, we reserve the right to alter features, adjust pricing for future updates, or discontinue support for certain outdated Android devices without prior notice. While we endeavor to ensure high uptime for wallpaper downloads, we are not liable for periods where server maintenance or connection drops prevent usage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BeliveApp Tech disclaims all warranties, be they explicit or implied.

BeliveApp Tech shall not be held responsible for device battery drainage, excessive mobile data usage, network charges applied by your carrier, or emotional distress resulting from bugs or the unavailability of the Service. Under no circumstances shall BeliveApp Tech be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or direct damages arising from your usage of the App.

8. Updates to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms of Use at any given time. If a revision is substantial, we will try to provide noticeable visibility within the App updates. By continuing to use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
