本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、BeliveApp Tech（以下「当社」）が提供するiOS向けアプリケーション「証明写真＆履歴書カメラ - コンビニ印刷・美肌写真」（KireID）（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様（以下「お客様」）は、本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

💡 本アプリのサービス概要：
本アプリは、スマートフォン上でパスポート、マイナンバーカード、運転免許証、履歴書、各種ビザ規格に適合する証明写真の撮影、AI背景切り抜き、美肌補正、およびコンビニ印刷用シートの作成を支援するツールです。

1. 知的財産権および写真データの帰属

お客様の写真データの権利： お客様が本アプリを使用して撮影・編集・作成した写真および印刷用シートに関する著作権および肖像権は、すべてお客様に帰属します。当社がそれらの権利を主張することは一切ありません。
本アプリの権利： 本アプリのデザイン、プログラム、ロゴ、商標、UIコンポーネント、および独自の規格アルゴリズムに関するすべての知的財産権は、当社または当社にライセンスを許諾している権利者に帰属します。

2. 公的規格への準拠と免責事項

⚠️ 申請先機関への適合性に関する注意事項

本アプリは日本国内および各国の公的規格（パスポート：35×45mm、履歴書：30×40mm、マイナンバー：35×45mm、運転免許証：24×30mm等）に準拠したサイズおよび顔比率ガイドを提供していますが、申請先機関（出入国在留管理庁、外務省、警察署、各国大使館・領事館等）の個別の審査基準、照明反射、影、表情、姿勢などの要因により、写真が受理されない場合があります。お客様は申請前に必ず提出先機関の最新の公式規定をご確認ください。

当社は、本アプリを使用して作成された写真がすべての公的機関や試験等において100%確実に受理されることを法的に保証するものではなく、写真の不受理や申請遅延等により生じた損害について一切の責任を負いかねます。

3. サブスクリプションおよびアプリ内課金（Pro版）

本アプリでは、すべての公的規格サイズ、透かしなし600 DPI超高画質印刷シート作成、および完全広告非表示機能を提供するProプランを提供しています。

課金と決済： サブスクリプション（週額・月額・年額）および永久買い切りプラン（Lifetime Access）の購入決済は、お客様のApple IDアカウントに対して請求されます。
自動更新： サブスクリプションは、現在の請求期間終了の少なくとも24時間前までに自動更新を解除しない限り、同一条件で自動的に更新されます。
解約方法： お客様はいつでもiPhoneの「設定」>「Apple ID」>「サブスクリプション」から自動更新の管理または解約が可能です。アプリを削除してもサブスクリプションは自動解約されませんのでご注意ください。
無料トライアル： 無料トライアル期間が提供されている場合、トライアル期間中にサブスクリプションを購入すると、未使用の試用期間は失効します。
返金方針： アプリ内課金の返金手続きはすべてAppleの利用規約およびポリシーに従って処理されます。

4. 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、お客様による以下の行為を固く禁止します：

他人の顔写真を用いた身元詐称、パスポートや公的証明書の不正偽造・改ざん、または違法な申請行為。
本人の同意を得ていない第三者の顔写真の無断撮影、加工、または公序良俗に反する利用。
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、またはソースコードの抽出を試みる行為。
当社のサーバーインフラやサードパーティサービス（RevenueCat、Google AdMob等）の正常な運用を妨害する行為。

5. サービスの変更および停止

当社は、システムの保守点検、機能改善、または不可抗力等が生じた場合、事前の予告なく本アプリの機能の一部または全部を変更、更新、または一時的に停止することがあります。

6. 準拠法および裁判管轄

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。本アプリまたは本規約に関して生じた一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application ID & Passport Photo Maker 2x2 (KireID) ("the App"), developed and operated by BeliveApp Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

💡 Service Overview:
KireID is an on-device utility designed to assist users in snapping, aligning, editing, background matting, and generating compliant ID and passport photos, as well as printable photo sheets for convenient local printing.

1. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content Ownership: You retain complete, exclusive ownership and copyright of all photos, portraits, and exported printable sheets generated using the App. We claim zero ownership over your personal images.
App Ownership: The design, software architecture, presets, user interface, brand assets, and algorithms of KireID remain the exclusive intellectual property of BeliveApp Tech.

2. Compliance Disclaimer & Government Acceptance

⚠️ Important Regulatory Submission Notice

While KireID provides biometric dimension templates based on official standards (such as US 2x2 inches, UK/EU/Schengen 35x45mm, and Japanese Passport/My Number specifications), government agencies, embassies, and consulates enforce strict individual review criteria. Submissions may be rejected due to improper lighting, shadows, head tilt, eyewear, reflections, or clothing issues beyond our automated control. You must verify your finished photo against the latest guidelines published by your specific receiving authority prior to submission.

We do not guarantee that photos generated by the App will be accepted by every official entity, and we disclaim any liability for application rejections, delays, or associated costs.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Pro Access)

KireID offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases unlocking all global sizes, watermark-free 600 DPI printing sheets, and an entirely ad-free experience.

Payment & Billing: Payments are billed to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation through Apple StoreKit.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the App does not automatically terminate an active subscription.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.
Refunds: All refund requests are governed exclusively by Apple's App Store refund terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

When using KireID, you agree not to:

Commit identity theft, forgery, fraudulent document generation, or unlawful visa/passport application filings.
Capture, edit, or submit portraits of another individual without their explicit, lawful consent.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Interfere with or compromise the backend integrity of our infrastructure partners (RevenueCat, Google AdMob).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeliveApp Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including any rejected government filings or application deadlines missed.
