By downloading or using Countdown days app (the "App"), developed by BeliveApp Tech, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. General Use and Restrictions

You may use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy, modify any part of the app, attempt to extract its source code, or translate it into other languages. The intellectual property rights of the application and its features remain the property of BeliveApp Tech.

2. Premium Subscriptions, Auto-Renewals, and Billing

The App offers an optional premium subscription that provides access to exclusive features, removes third-party ads, and offers a premium notification experience. By choosing to subscribe, you agree to the following terms mandated by Google Play Store policies:

• Billing: Your payment will be charged directly to your Google Play Store Account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval and price, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to the Subscription Management section in your Google Play account on your Android device. Please note that uninstalling the App will NOT cancel your subscription automatically. BeliveApp Tech cannot manually cancel a user's subscription from our end.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Exceptional refund requests must be handled directly through Google Play Support following their return policy.

3. Advertisements and Push Notifications

The free version of the app is supported by advertising. By using the free tier, you agree to the delivery of these third-party ads. Furthermore, we may use push notifications for countdown alerts and app communications. We are not liable for delayed or missed notifications caused by device settings, battery optimization processes, or connection errors.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

The "Countdown days app" is provided strictly on an "AS IS" basis. BeliveApp Tech is not liable for missed appointments, emotional distress, or any form of damage that results from missed countdowns, notification failures, or bugs within the app.

BeliveApp Tech does not take responsibility for the app lacking full functionality if your device lacks internet access or faces compatibility issues.

5. Updates and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the app's service at any time, for any reason. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; your continued usage of the app implies your acceptance of those updates.
