Unlike traditional health platforms, LunaCycle does not require account registration, email submission, or social logins. Consequently, we never collect, store, or transmit:

• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or contact lists.
• No Cloud Health Records: Your period bleeding dates, cycle length calibration, symptoms, cervical mucus characteristics, basal body temperature (BBT) logs, and intimate health reflections remain encrypted within your local device memory.
• No Advertising Trackers or Third-Party Analytics: LunaCycle contains no third-party marketing SDKs (such as AppsFlyer, Facebook Pixel, or Google Analytics). We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

2. On-Device Health Intelligence & Calculations

All computational models that calculate your upcoming period dates, fertile window estimations, gestational progress, and labor contraction patterns are executed directly by your iPhone's on-device processor (using Apple SwiftData frameworks).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To ensure secure app distribution and process in-app purchase subscriptions, we integrate with industry-standard, privacy-vetted infrastructure providers:

• Apple App Store & In-App Purchases (Apple Inc.):

• RevenueCat:
  We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts, manage subscription entitlements, and restore previous purchases across your Apple devices. RevenueCat processes anonymous transactional tokens (anonymous App User IDs). No cycle entries, symptom records, or personal health metrics are ever transmitted to or accessible by RevenueCat. 4. Notifications & Reminders

If you enable period approach alerts, bedtime wind-down reminders, or daily check-in prompts, these notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely via Apple's local iOS UserNotifications framework. They do not rely on external push notification servers and do not transmit your alert schedule outside of your device.

5. Data Retention, Sovereignty & Complete Deletion

Because all health data is stored strictly on your device:

• Full User Control: You can edit or delete any cycle record, symptom, or contraction session directly from the app interface at any time.
• Permanent Purge: Deleting LunaCycle from your iPhone permanently deletes all local databases and health entries associated with the application immediately.
• Device Backups: If you use Apple iCloud Device Backup, your encrypted app data may be included in your personal iCloud backup according to your Apple ID settings. BeliveApp Tech cannot access or view your iCloud backups.

6. Children's Privacy

LunaCycle is designed in accordance with the Apple App Store age guidelines (rated 12+) and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has downloaded the App without appropriate parental guidance, please contact us or remove the application from the device.

7. Compliance with Global Privacy Regulations

Because LunaCycle does not collect or centralize personal health data on remote servers, we adhere strictly to the core privacy principles of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
