Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 30, 2026Welcome to Intenty (the "Service" or "App"). By downloading the App and using its digital wellbeing, mindfulness breathing, and app-blocking features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and BeliveAppTech.
1. Usage License
All content, branding, design assets, and functional features provided within the App are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Reselling, leasing, commercializing, or reverse-engineering any part of the App is strictly prohibited.
2. User Eligibility and Account
BeliveAppTech does not strictly verify the identity or age of its users. However:
Users must comply with the minimum age requirements set by the Apple App Store rating system. Transactions and subscriptions rely on the Apple ID settings managed by the account owner or parent/guardian via Family Sharing.
3. Premium Subscriptions (Intenty Pro)
The "Intenty Pro" premium features—including Unlimited App Blocking, Custom Focus Schedules, Detailed Focus Rhythm Statistics, and Ad Removal—are managed securely via RevenueCat and Apple App Store in-app purchases.
Available Plans:
- Monthly Subscription: $4.99 / month
- Yearly Subscription: $29.99 / year Includes 7 Days Free Trial
- Lifetime Pass: $59.99 (One-time, non-consumable payment)
Apple In-App Subscription Terms:
- Billing: Payments are processed and charged directly to your iTunes/App Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless auto-renew is explicitly disabled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel active subscriptions, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your App Store Account Settings.
- Trial Forfeit: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that tier, where applicable.
- Refunds: Since all financial transactions are processed by Apple, any refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
4. Lifetime Access
The Lifetime Pass is a "Non-Consumable" product. It is a single, one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all Intenty Pro features. This purchase does not expire, contains no recurring fees, and is restorable across devices linked to the same Apple ID.
5. Advertisements
To support the development and maintenance of the free version of Intenty, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. Upgrading to any "Intenty Pro" plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) will immediately remove all advertisements from your application experience.
6. Limitation of Liability
Intenty is a digital tool designed to help build healthier phone usage habits. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". BeliveAppTech is not responsible for any productivity losses, missed notifications, or system delays caused by the blocking features. You remain fully in control of your device settings and blocking configurations.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make any significant changes, we will post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
