1. Collection of Data

We believe in absolute user privacy. The App is designed so that your personal configurations, habits, and application logs remain strictly private and under your control.

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location. Any details you provide during onboarding (like your name, age, or focus goals) are stored strictly locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.

The app collects standard Non-Personal Technical Data automatically to ensure stability, track subscriptions, and support the free version of the App:

• Device type, operating system version, and model.
• Anonymous advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) dependent on your explicit consent.
• App performance logs, crash diagnostics, and stability metrics.

2. Screen Time and App Blocking (Family Controls)

Intenty utilizes Apple’s official Screen Time API (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks) to intercept application launches and display the breathing pause screen.

• Privacy of Screen Time Data: We do not have access to, and cannot read, your browsing history, message contents, screen activities, or usage patterns in other apps. The list of apps you select for blocking is handled securely by iOS local frameworks and is stored locally in your private App Group container.
• Local Cache: To match encrypted system application tokens with human-readable names, our Shield extension writes temporary mapped display names (e.g. "Instagram", "WhatsApp") to a local shared JSON file. This file never leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver essential infrastructure. These parties only have access to anonymous, aggregated, or transaction-specific data required to perform their functions on our behalf:

• Google AdMob: Manages the delivery of advertisements within the free version of the App. AdMob may utilize anonymous device IDs for ad targeting, subject to your local privacy choices (GDPR/EEA consent).
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation status and processes purchase receipts. It handles anonymous transactional tokens to verify purchase states.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers for complete transparency.

4. Local Storage

All focus settings, custom schedules, breathing exercise lengths, unlocked time window preferences, and interception history are stored strictly locally on your device's internal memory via SwiftData. We do not transmit, back up, or host these metrics on external databases.

5. Payments

We do not process, store, or have access to your credit card information, bank details, or billing statements. All premium subscription and purchase transactions are handled exclusively and securely by Apple Inc. through the App Store payment processing system.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal settings, we immediately clear this from the local shared directories.
