Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 24, 2026Welcome to Kawaii Premium (the "Service"). By accessing our app and using the curated "Cyber & Y2K" background gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and BeliveAppTech.
1. Usage License
All artwork and HD wallpapers provided within the app are protected by international copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal device customization only.
- Reselling, redistributing, or using the art for commercial products is strictly prohibited.
2. User Eligibility
BeliveAppTech does not strictly verify the age of its users. However:
Users must comply with the minimum age requirements set by the Apple App Store rating system (4+ or 12+). Purchases rely on the Apple ID settings managed by the account owner.
3. Premium Subscriptions
The "Kawaii Premium" features—including Ad Removal, Unlimited Daily Downloads, and "Unlock All" capabilities—are managed securely via RevenueCat and Apple iTunes.
Available Plans:
- Pro Weekly: $2.99 / week Includes 3 Days Free Trial
- Pro Yearly: $19.99 / year Includes 3 Days Free Trial
- Cyber Lifetime: $24.99 (One-time payment)
Apple Subscription Terms:
- Payment: Charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings at any time.
- Forfeit of Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
4. Lifetime Purchase
The Cyber Lifetime option is a "Non-Consumable" product. It is a single, one-time payment that grants you permanent access to all Pro features. This purchase does not expire.
5. Advertisements
To support the free version of the app, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. Subscribing to any "Pro" or "Lifetime" plan immediately removes all advertisements from the user experience.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will attempt to provide notice via the app for any significant changes affecting your rights.
